Andrews books with her late grandmother, Blanche, and her cousin, Dina. An avid reader, she would read just about anything, including poetry. She enjoyed old school R&B music old movies- especially Love and Basketball, which was her favorite.
If there was play (especially Tyler Perry), or a good gospel concert, Londa was always front and center. The life of every family event, Londa supported no matter how big or small, she celebrated, partied, and loved spending time with her loved ones. Londa was devoted to caring for her family and close friends, recently celebrating the graduation of her son, Savon. Zion AME Church in Atglen, PA- the church where she grew up and participated in programs such as Youth Sunday School and YPD. Yolanda’s faith was the foundation of who she was and how she utilized her time. She also worked as a dispatcher for Penske and a customer service representative at Bank of America before finding her career as an account representative for Vanguard. Londa put her education to good use, working as a Dental Hygienist prior to her career at Beckett & Lee, where she worked as a Paralegal. She would go on to receive multiple certificates including her Dental Hygiene certification and Paralegal from the PJA School in Upper Darby. She continued her love for learning, graduating from Delaware Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.
During her high school years, she participated in and graduated from the Upward Bound Program through Lincoln University.
